Perhaps we're still young...or just crazy

Our garage is now two van-loads emptier than it used to be. Thank you to Jason who was willing to come help haul boxes (and other misc. stuff) to our storage lockers.

Upon arriving to our free U-Haul storage place, we began diligently unloading boxes onto the complimentary carts provided to all those using the facility (yes, we like free things). We nearly finished unloading the first van load when we realized the ONE AND ONLY elevator was out of order. Our storage lockers (one 10x10 & one 5x10) are on the second floor.

Having already spent much sweat loading up the carts, we debated whether we should re-load the van and take everything back home or haul all the boxes (many filled with books) up the stairs.

You may have guessed by reading the title - we decided to haul it all up.

Jon and Jason carried a couple carts to the top of the stairs and we carried boxes from one cart (on the first level) to the other (on the second level). We then proceeded to unload everything into our storage room down the hall.

Thankfully, I got to come home and rest my legs a bit while Jon and Jason go and pick up our new garage door at Lowes. They plan to use the rest of their energy to install that this evening. I hope they enjoy themselves.

I think I'll take care of ordering the pizza.
